Cozy bedroom that is separate from the living /kitchen. 5 min walk down the road to the uptown shops and restaurants. Jordan trail just down the way as well! The full bathroom with bathtub is spacious for the 1bedroom studio. Electric stove top with toaster oven and full fridge with dishwasher and open floor plan. This neirborhood is quiet and full of locals walking their dogs and enjoying the calm scenery. There is wildlife that can visit the back yard and bird watching from the secluded patio out back is delightful.

Quiet Getaway

Very quiet residential area. Owners were very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. Javelina and deer were out and about. Studio itself is very nice, shower/tub needs some safety bar handles installed. Uphill walk back from uptown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property close to downtown

This is our 4th time to Sedona and it never disappoints! I stayed with my 5 year old son for our mom-son trip to hike, and the property was perfect for the 2 of us. The first room has a kitchen, dining table, and couch/chair with a TV. The kitchen had everything we needed (we ate in each night) and already had some basics such as salt/pepper, olive oil, etc. The bedroom was also as pictured, comfortable bed. Laundry machine worked well and all appliances seemed new. It was a short walk down the street to downtown, no sidewalk for part of it but I felt comfortable walking with my 5 year old even after sunset. It was a short drive to our favorite hikes! I would definitely stay again!

Outstanding 4-Night Stay in a Fantastic Uptown Location

Everything about this rental was perfect from start to finish. Jon and Rachelle's pre-stay communications were friendly and clear, so check-in was easy and straightforward. The location was exactly what we hoped for -- within very easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The place is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a large kitchen/dining room/living room space. It's wonderfully appointed, and it was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We couldn't recommend it more highly.

Fabulous, quiet neighborhood in a serene setting. Walked the neighborhoods every morning. Very quiet and friendly. Not to mention the gorgeous scenery. Every inch of space was utilized when they designed this property. Couldn’t think of anything that it was lacking. Very clean and well kept. The kitchen had more storage space than my house. I would love to stay there again on my next trip. The hosts were in contact the entire time.
