Enjoy stargazing and 360 mountain views from any one of our private outdoor seating areas. Although shops, restaurants, hiking and biking trails are within walking distance, this neighborhood is also loved by locals and known for being peaceful and quiet. Create lasting memories with your loved ones in this Sedona Gem.

New Owner and recently renovated. The property has over 200 5-star reviews from past guests with customers raving about the vies, location, and amenities.

Indoor Living Space & Sleeping Areas.

In addition to world class views, this large 3 bedroom 4 bathroom home boasts 3 King suites and several private sitting areas.

The formal living room features incredible views, plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace a large television and sofa bed.

The open dining area features a large table that seats up to 10 guests. This open space also has a fireplace and seating area.

The stocked kitchen is filled will high quality cooking supplies and appliances.

Off of the kitchen there is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is a bonus bathroom that could be used as a private bath for guests using either one of the sofa beds.

The 1st King Master Suite includes a full ensuite bathroom featuring a clawfoot soaking tub, walk in shower and vanity. There is a laundry room with a Speed Queen washer and dryer as well as a private sitting room off of this bedroom that has comfortable seating, reading materials and a streaming television.

The 2nd King Master Suite has a streaming television and an ensuite bath that features a walk-in shower.

The 3rd King Master Suite can be closed off and used as private quarters. This area includes a private King bedroom and a separate area that has a small kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a pull-out queen sofa bed and a streaming television.

Outdoor Living Spaces:

The back garden features beautiful desert landscaping, a dining table that seats 6, a BBQ propane grill and a lounge chair. This is a lovely place to relax with friends after a long day hiking the red rocks.

Off of the 1st Master suite there is a patio with comfortable seating and a small table. A perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee while taking in the stunning views.

Off of the main living room there is another patio with lounge chairs perfect for stargazing and relaxing.

Amazing Red Rocks Views

The pictures are amazing but don't do it justice. The house and views are amazing and the host was very attentive. We had everything we needed except enough time really enjoy all the thoughtful amenities this property has to offer. We will make it a point to visit again!

We loved this house, and the views were even better than in the photos. No fighting over rooms as the three king suites were all great with comfortable beds and private full baths for each room. The kitchen was well stocked and every common area had amazing views. The location was fantastic, close to all the shops and restaurants. We were sad to leave and will definitely stay again if we return to Sedona.

We truly enjoyed this house. The layout is great and it’s very well stocked, it had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful home. The property was beautiful, location was so convenient to happenings around Sedona, and the views alone are enough reason to rent. The communication with the property manager was excellent. She answered our questions promptly and kindly. I highly recommend this property!!!

Everything You Want Right Here

The views of the red rocks are better than the photos, and so is the house. Three amazing king suites with comfortable beds plenty of room to spread out, gathering spaces made for spending time together, whether around the table for meals or on the deck spaces watching the rocks change color as the sun goes down. This place felt like home in all the best ways and we were sorry when it came time to go. The central location is convenient making it a perfect spot to enjoy our time away.

The house was perfect for our seven women.

The property was fine. It was convenient to everything we did ... shopping, dining, etc. We enjoyed it. The "third" bedroom did not have a door on the bathroom. That was not great, but we dealt with it. Everything else was fine.

This house exceeded all our expectations. Three King suites. Floor to ceiling windows, amazing views of red rocks. Quiet, mature neighborhood. We stayed for eight nights, wish we could have been there longer. Hosts were the best. No problems at all. We felt very lucky to have found this house. Plan on returning as soon as possible. Thank you!
