"It was a filthy place. Felt unsafe while there Staff was belittling, unhelpful and would not refund money for two of the nights we did not stay. Room was full of roaches, floor was very sticky and beds were crusty. Save your money and go somewhere else."

The host responded to questions promptly, too. The property was clean and well maintained. Since we have family in Sedalia, we’ll certainly consider using it again should the need arise."

"Well maintained restored building in a small town. Clean and safe. Shops and eateries on Main St closed early so had to drive back to the interstate to find a place open. Pretty area, looks like shops are working to improve exteriors and there is a feeling of history and community."
