"Everything and everyone was excellent! I’m very happy with my stay!"

"Smoke smell throughout our hallway and room even though the hotel is completely “non smoking”. Floors were dirty in the bedroom. Shower head was about 4 ft off the ground and you had to duck to use it. We ended up leaving a day early and stayed somewhere else."

"I cannot explain how horrible the one night was. Check in was a nightmare. The rooms were gross. I had 8 rooms booked for 10 individuals and 5 staff attending the Special Olympics and not one of them everything worked or was clean. Things were just grimy. From lots of different unknow substances splattered on walls and ceilings, cockroaches, broken toilets, air conditioner not working, room phones not working, the indoor pool and hot tub was dry as a bone, the halls felt like you were in a sauna, the guy at the desk was barefoot putting out the free breakfast, I showed him a video of the coach roaches and he stood there with his mouth open. The beds made a metal bang noise every time you shifted your weight. It was a night and morning from hell!"

"This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The first room I was in didn’t lock properly and it looked like someone punched the tv. The room that they moved me too was not much better. The towels were stained and there were stains on the comforter. Clearly you get what you pay for."
