The hotel is quite rundown. The towels and linens resembled those of a budget hotel, with faded stains and frayed edges. On the positive side, the location is excellent, being within walking distance of Sunway Carnival Mall. However, it’s not worth the price. Without a swimming pool, the hotel should seriously consider lowering its rates.

We are most impressed with the staff, especially Punitta at reception. She’s cheerful and very helpful, we felt most welcomed and comfortable. The staff at the karaoke lounge and restaurant are excellent, they handled our song requests and encouraged us to sing and enjoy ourselves. We had the Chinese set dinner at the restaurant, the food is delicious and there are 6 dishes for the 2 of us. The steamed sea bass is done just right and we polished the fish clean 😂 The portions are huge too! We felt most comfortable and pampered, we had the suite and enjoyed the free drinks and snacks in the room. The room is clean, huge and very comfortable. When we requested for soft pillows, Punitta had them delivered to our room almost immediately. Kudos to the staff for a most enjoyable stay
