"Generally the stay was great. Check in was less than pleasant when told we had to pay for A/C and an extra tax. Our package said all was included. It did get resolved a couple days later. Also concierge when we got there was too much since we had been up for almost 24 hours. Felt pressure to do a time share sales pitch. We did cancel it the next day since we had no interest . Parking spaces were tight made it hard to load and unload luggage"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo. The views are unbeatable; the bed was comfortable and the daybed in the window was a dreamy place to rest. The location was perfect for getting to beaches. Grocery store is a short drive away and you will want to enjoy meals at home here. Kahuna management was very responsive when we had questions; everything worked well once we figured out that the bedroom TV is wired to a wall switch. We appreciated the updated carpet and flooring; we suggest an upgrade of windows and screens(sliding door screen came off of its tracks several times) and an upgraded shower/bath would be welcome."

"The Cliffs is a great condo style resort in Princeville. The condo has all the amenities that you need to cook your own meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. No on site restaurants, but they have a breakfast/coffee truck and a food truck each night for dinner. "

"Beautiful home with an amazing view. Pricey but that’s to be expected for what you get. Only downside was the hot tub didn’t work our entire stay. Great stay regardless, but it was a factor in our booking and no consolation was offered so it has to be mentioned. Would still recommend. "

"View is wonderful! Listing pictures are accurate, and as described. Convenient to shopping and restaurants in Princeville. Property is lovely, including a relaxing pool. Not sure that I saw this mentioned in other reviews, but there are several concrete stairs on the sidewalk to the unit. Not an issue for us, but could be if stairs are a problem for others. I would stay again. "
