"Clean, spacious room with an amazing view of the cityscape of Bangkok. Within 15 minutes’ walk of the ginormous “Central World” shopping centre. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had the international buffet breakfast on our first morning and it was delightful. It’s a very big hotel but was peaceful and orderly and we loved our stay here. "

The staff was beyond polite and friendly and oh so helpful. Touches like turn down service and tea upon arrival were so nice!
