"Well maintained, clean with artistic design! Very friendly staff and accommodating! Excellent breakfast options! Great location! Pool (infinity) and area with a beautiful view. Very good hotel gym!"
"It was a very reasonably priced hotel. Great location. Staff at the front desk were a bit discriminative. Cleaning staff were very nice. There was a horrible smell that come out of the shower and toilet at night that was nauseating."
"We booked to stay here the night before our flight home and, honestly, we wished we had stayed for longer not only to see this part of Bangkok more but to experience more of what this hotel had to offer! Whilst not the cheapest place to stay, it certainly is value for money! The swimming pools and lounge area is great in itself, but the videos of Bangkok make it even better. The spas were nice, although split by sex (men and women) which, whilst we understand, was not the most enjoyable given they should be a social experience and one of us was, unfortunately, forced to be on their own. However, apart from that minor inconvenience, the overall spa was good. We chose to have the buffet breakfast the morning we flew home and it was worth every penny so make sure you add this on if you want to!"
"Great overall service, the workers are always willing to help. The room was spacious and always maintained clean. They offer tour guides at the front desk area, they are willing to hold you luggage and let you use the pool meanwhile you wait to exit for your flight after checking out at noon. The only issues is the place is a little outdated and needs better maintenance."
"The location is amazing. The hotel is connected to the sky train only two stations to Siam and Paragon shopping mall. Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is clean. You can request room amenities as often as you like. Will definitely go back!"
