"The property location and beach access are why we go back every year. However they need security to prevent non guests from accessing the lobby and bathrooms and elevators. It’s simply unsafe. The gym was unusable as every single treadmill was broken and front desk didn’t care Our room safe was broken and the towels staff are so cheap w the towels. For what ocean place charges they should be more on top of things."
