"The place itself is beautiful, the service staff are all extremely nice and welcoming: however front door staff was super unfriendly and looked bothered when we checked in as if i interrupted something, no hello or welcome or any positive attitude. The real nightmare was actually trying to extend an additional night : I had a flight at 11 pm and was willing to literally pay for one more night to allow myself some rest and not to have pressure getting myself together before going back home. Long story short : night person at front desk dint want to bother to help me and literally suggested I waited till morning or just get a room on the same app to book my existing room. He told me a cost i agreed, but because he didn’t want to deal with paperwork he suggested I waited till morning That was at 2 am / 8am the room is now $350 more then it was six hours earlier. Booked the room. All I wanted was sleep : but I had to convince a general manager to allow me to stay in the same room without moving even though it was a lesser expense than the new one I booked. After that I wasn’t able to charge anything and key stopped working. Once again I had to deal with it. And then I get a text at 2 pm saying I’m supposed to check out and asking why I’m still there. The back and forth took up literally 4-5 hours of my limited time and I felt exhausted and super frustrated. Thing is : the place was so nice and I just wanted to enjoy a few hours of relaxing."

"Hilton Club Vacations Villa Mirage is a decent time share property--and that's the problem. They nickel and dimed us on several issues: "parking fees" (added only 2 months ago to) "resort fees". They stuck us in a corner unit next to the ice machine when better situated units were available. We weren't allowed to use our 98,000 Hilton Honors credit card points because..we booked through a different service. To be fair when the front desk saw our initial rating they asked what could be done to make things right, such as offering to switch our unit. We had already unpacked so we declined. Eventually they gave us a $25.00 dining credit ( whopee!!) which covered half the cost of breakfast. The one bedroom unit was adequate."
