"Excellent breakfast, clean room and a comfy bed. Good pool and hot tub. And the self serve coffee and tea bar is very appreciated. Pillows could be better but other than that it was an excellent stay. "

"This fed my soul! It reminded me of being in Switzerland. The locals were incredibly kind. The poutine at Chez Joe Poutine was delicious. There was a store called Sneaky Scallywags which broke down my resistance to buy lots of souvenirs. I couldn’t resist the cute hoodie, maple syrups, and magnet I got there. The staff at the resort were so helpful and kind. They really went above and beyond, especially Felix. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to be sure to help us with dinner reservations, luggage, and helpful tips. We loved taking the kids to the nice playground and walking the beautiful Valley Trail. A bonus snowball fight was a plus too! I highly recommend a stay here. You will be missing out by skipping this stop."

"Overall, stay was ok. Bed was fine. Had a good sleep. The room and especially the bathroom, is just tired and needing some tlc. I have never been in a hotel bathroom that has pedestal sink. There is no where to hang things, no where to put toiletries. The blow dryer was very wimpy and covered in dust. The shower had a low wee sill along bottom edge and a shower curtain, which is suspect , would leak water. The crowning glory for me was the clump of blondish hair on the wall in shower. I chose not to have a shower. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. We have stayed in a number of hotels in the area so I not sure that I would return as this stay was just ok."

"We loved the space at the Grand Residence. We had space for our family of 5 to have separate beds. Our other family members were staying in The Grand and we could all meet every night at the hot tub. "
