"Lovely quiet area with public transport very close by, self check in a bit confusing especially if you arrive later at night when you have traveled all day long but if you take your time it's ok. The rooms are nice and clean but looking a bit tired now and would be nice to have a kettle in the room so you can make a hot drink, there is a large flask in the foyer/lobby but it gets cooler later on, also there's some teas and fruit there when the dinning room is closed. "The hotel is in a wonderful location. Its very nice and quiet, and the tram line and U'ban and S'ban, are also just outside the hotel, with easy access to town centre and other places. The hotel is very clean and the staff were all very helpful. Food options are many, with several restaurants on site and there are a few supermarkets next to the hotel and a Burger King across the road, so all in all, a great place. We had a a lot of fun and will definitely be coming back soon."
