Food and restaurant staff were good. The woman with the blue hair at the front desk was nasty and unhelpful. The room was nice and beautiful view with a great location

Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away. No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho ...

Lux 11 Berlin Mitte
Room was spacious and good. But the only problem is there is no room service except for the second night - which is quite disappointing. We had to go find clean towels ourselves and the room phone doesn’t work. There is also no receptionist you can speak to. The parking they provided was also hard ...
