"They were super friendly and very hospitable, also helped with getting us a ride to the airport. I would actually stay there again, the room was clean, great views (especially on the terrace. Amazing Hosts."
"The best place to stay in Naples, very clean and newly renovated rooms, very near to Metro and Port, they had all the facilities in the room, air conditioner was cool, Alex helped us to checkin the hotel, very nice communication, he is so friendly, when we checked out we missed a ferry in Capri and Alex kept our luggage very safe till we came back, he treated us so well. From the hotel Amalfi coast Capri ports are so close.I would definitely 100% recommend this place if u are staying in Naples."
"We got there and the lady that let us in didnt speak any english. She googled translate and that’s fine, but no reception or help with transport could’ve been done. The bed and room was ok minus, but for the price it’s not as expected. Air condition didn’t work and overall it was very “simple”. "
"Beautiful and spacious room. Coffee machine in the room was great as was the beautiful tub and location. Make sure to communicate with the hosts in advance so you can get proper instructions on finding the place. "
"Right from the start the service was excellent!
The manager set us up with a great price airport shuttle, had prepared the suite so that it was in perfect order. They also arranged every little thing we asked for with a smile.
10/10

"Location great. We were on the 5th floor so not quite so noisy as Naples usually is! Very close to the ferry terminal for any trips and midway between what I call the 'old' town and the 'new' town. Also very close to a metro stop.
Room was spacious and bright as was the bathroom and we had a balcony.
This was my fifth time in Naples and I think I would stay here again if there is another visit. "
"The hotel was right at the port where all the major cruise ships dock…the rooms were very spacious and an added plus was that whatever drinks were in the refrigerator was free, not too many hotels do that! Breakfast was also included. We thought it was very walkable to get where we wanted to go from hotel… had a great stay and will stay there again."
"NAP Luxury Guest House is a perfect Naples location. You’re close to the main sights - fort, castle, ocean, airport and ferry terminal. The staff is unbelievable. They are kind, funny, warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. The rooms and common areas are beautiful, fresh, new, modern, and very well maintained. They also have a signature scent in the lobby area that is so inviting. This hotel gives you all the convenience, yet lets you have a modern western style hotel to come home to at night after exploring this historic city. 10/10 for sure! "
