Nice place with perfect location

Don Raffaele Resort was a small and nice place. The room was clean and nice and the service good. The location was perfect. Close to the airport express bus, the ferries to the islands and close to the old town and many interesting sights.

Lovely experience in a really well located position. The room was very big with the best bathroom experience I’ve ever had with the Turkish like shower room. All information that we needed was provided to us and overall was a great stay!

Very nice place to stay. Great location close to everything and walkable to all the major attractions! Great restaurants close by and a very large supermarket is only a coupe of blocks away. Marco is a Super host and very helpful with all of your needs. You can also get a Great Italian history lesson about the South if you want it!!! Two thumbs up to Marco and his accommodations!

The space is well kept and staff is always readily available professional and very helpful/ understanding of the fact we are visiting. The view is beautiful. You have a wide view of the port, the historic Castel Nuovo. Walking distance from the central core of Naples, the restaurants, the port itself. I’m very grateful and would never hesitate rebooking in a near future.

Absolutely Amazing! Book Now!

Stunning! Marco was super attentive, really helpful whenever we had questions. Our room had an awesome view of the port and the city; and the bathroom was spa like and magical. I want that shower at home now. Within walking distance of the galleria and metro. Don’t be fooled by the outside of the building. It’s on the 8th floor and the door isn’t marked but once you get inside it’s really amazing. Would stay her again and again.

It said on reviews that there was breakfast included but this was long life croissants in packet in room and coffee machine. Machine one day was full and not emptied so no one used it. Other than that it was a fantastic place

El hotel es precioso, acogedor, con excelente ubicación y unas vistas hermosas. Marco, fue muy amable, paciente, nos dio muchas recomendaciones para Nápoles y su trato fue excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse aquí y por supuesto que considero volver.

Excelente!

Excelente! O hotel fica em um prédio comercial, mas é todo renovado e o quarto estava ótimo, exatamente como nas fotos, além de muito limpo e bem cuidado. A localização também foi ótima, bem na frente do porto (o que foi ótimo para fazer passeios, saem barcos para capri, positano, amalfi...), e perto da via toledo e quartiere spagnoli. Fizemos tudo a pé. Além disso, o Marco nos ajudou muito, muito gentil e atencioso.

La atencion de Marco , siempre pendiente y presto para poder ayudarnos. El lugar tiene una vista muy bonita al puerto y al Castillo . Queda frente al puerto y salida del bus para el aeropuerto.

Marco nos recibió con una sonrisa y predisposición que alegró nuestra estancia, todo un detalle por parte del hotel el permitirnos dejar las maletas en la habitación después del check out, para no tener que cargar con ellas durante el día. Así mismo, el detalle de facilitar botellas de agua también se agradece después de las grandes caminatas. El único aspecto mejorable es la insonorización con respecto al piso de arriba (creo) pero tampoco es nada especialmente molesto que deba condicionar la elección de este alojamiento. Pros: muy buena localización (no recomendaría alojarse en la zona céntrica por comodidad/higiene/ruido) muy cerca de las zonas más cuidadas como Chiaia, vía Toledo, etc. Gran amabilidad del personal y buen estado de las instalaciones.

L'esempio di fantastica ospitalità napoletana!

Un soggiorno fantastico. Marco, il titolare, mi ha accolto in modo esemplare dandomi anche una stanza migliore di quella che avevo prenotato. Inoltre, quando gli ho chiesto se potevo lasciare i bagagli in struttura per il giorno dopo mentre ero al lavoro, me li ha lasciati in camera esortandomi a tornare quando avessi finito il lavoro perchè sicuramente avrei avuto piacere di farmi una doccia. E tutto questo senza addebitare nulla di più. Ha pure prenotato il posto macchina al parcheggio per me. Un servizio non da 5 stelle, ma da costellazione stellare! Grazie Marco. Questa è l'ospitalità napoletana!

管理人のマルコさんはフレンドリーで親切でした。早朝3:30にタクシーを手配してもらうよう頼んだのですが、きっちり時間前に到着してくれ、料金も30€と額面通りでした。 朝ごはんはイマイチですが、水やレモンティー、ミルク、コーヒーなどは飲み放題でした。ちょっとしたお菓子なども置いてあります。 昼間、エレベーターを使うには10セントいるのですが、ロビーの入り口にたくさん置いてくれているので、出かける時はもらっていくといいようです。 窓からはスペイン地区やヌオーヴォー城もちょっと見えてよかったです。

Marco is great

Marco was great welcoming us. It is a very familial hotel. There is no way we could find the place alone. There is no sign, just a green door. There are few rooms with a small kitchen in a public area. There is no real front desk and not realy breakfast... The realy good thing about it is Marco. He is very helpfull and want to please you all the time.

The property was very clean and suited our needs for a one night stay in Naples. The rooms have a shared kitchen area which is basic and will be suitable if you plan to stay for a night or two. Some people may prefer private kitchen facilities if they plan a longer stay. We were upgraded to the Duluxe Suite when we arrived which was very nice, however, the downside of this is that you can hear the lifts moving up and down as the room is near the elevators. It may have been more quiet in one of the smaller rooms.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the property was newly renovated and luxurious. There’s water, soft drinks, espresso and snacks all the time. However, breakfast was very simple and manly the snacks mentioned above. We’d definitely come back!

Absolument parfait. Localisation parfaite, à côté du port et à côté des zones de visites. La chambre était grande, toute neuve, ultra propre. Personnel parfait. Juste un peu bruyant à cause de sa localisation mais l'hôtel est tellement extraordinaire et le prix très raisonnable. Pas de doute c'est là où il faut aller si vous êtes à naples

Great location and very kind staff. We could grap a good espresso whenever we wanted from the small kitchen and also free drinking water. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nicely decorated.
