"We really enjoyed our stay at Napoli time. The hosts were very kind and very communicative. The place itself was very clean and was close to the main areas you would want to walk around. It was also very close to the train station if you needed to go further. "

"Perfect location for our one night stay in Naples. Aida and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts! Short walk <2 min from the Toledo Metro and with plenty of food options on the Main Street/side streets. We stayed in the Havana room - comfortable bed, great AC and shower, etc We would stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back again!"

"spent one night in 1970 rooms before my 7am ferry to Capri. if this is your situation, you need to stay here; only minutes walk to the port. for dinner/drinks we walked down the main boulevard (just on the corner of 1970) all the way to the high street shopping (west) and back around 10pm at night. felt very safe in this area. Alibus took me from Naples airport right to port which is a short walk to the hotel. check in was super easy. very communicative host. spacious room and very clean. would...

"Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and large. The hotel encouraged many ways to be energy efficient and we appreciated that. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was perfect. Walkable to downtown, good restaurants, sites and the train stations. The rooftop terrace was a gem and we ended every evening there. We would go back."
"We were greated personally on our check in night and was accomodated with secure underground parking (extra 30ĕ) but happy to pay and be safe. The condo unit is brand new and it has everything for a few days in Naples including a complete kitchen, living area, tons of towels, washer and so much more. The neighbourhood is great and walking distance to iconic places to visit in Naples. Breakfast is a short walk around the building at a Cafe for a coffeee and lovely pastry.
We would definately book this again."
"I was concerned about staying in Naples because 20 years ago I visited and didn't feel safe. But I can heartily recommend Il Convento.
The location is parallel to Via Toledo, which is a busy shopping street, with a metro station just a few minutes from the hotel. It is safe (if you can avoid the psycho scooter drivers that are everywhere in Naples) and convenient for most things in the historic centre.
The room was well equipped. Although it looked dated, everything was clean and in a good condition. Beyond that, the hotel provided extras that the more expensive hotel I stayed in afterwards didn't for example: slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a razor, a comb and free bottled water. The shower was a powerful waterfall shower and it was heavenly. One of the best showers I've ever expereinced.
The only thing that wasn't perfect was the tv, where the majority of channels didn't work. This may have been fixable, I didn't ask so I don't know.
The front desk staff were very helpful and gave good advice for places to eat.
Staying there in November, the price was excellent value for money, and I would have no qualms about staying there again if I returned to Naples."
"We had a great stay! the staff was really friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had something for every taste."
"“The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully updated—I especially loved the bathtub! The room had an electric kettle with plenty of tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"
