"Hotel and room extremely clean and tidy and very well situated for ammenities i.e town centre and tram down to seafront around the corner.nice bar in hotel.look forward to returning."

"Great location, great service and excellent breakfast would recommend and return"

"Yes, these rooms are above a pub but you can’t hear any noise. The appointments were like that of a luxury hotel. The staff worked behind the bar at the pub for the most part and they were extremely responsive to any request. Not sure many tourists find their way to this particular town, but if you’re anywhere near Scarborough, this is the place to stay."
