-You're a five-minute walk from the beach and a ten-minute stroll from the main plaza, where you'll find authentic cafes and restaurants centered around a vibrant park.

-The property has 3 units, which can be rented together to sleep 5 in 2 bedrooms and 2 baths—the perfect setup for two couples or a small family.

-The property is owner-managed and very secure. No smoking is allowed inside under roof. This house is lovingly maintained with attention to detail.
