"The hotel was nice and so were the employees. However, the beds were extremely hard and I woke up each day with severe back pain. I asked for extra comforters or even try another room and they would not accommodate me unless I paid an extra $270 which were not in my budget plans and would not provide extra comforters so I went and bought what I could which was a large dog bed!!. Another thing that I was not aware of is you have to pay to enter the pool area on a daily basis instead of just one fee per stay. The breakfast buffet was good, the dinner buffet not my favorite. Next time, I’ll be sure to stay elsewhere "

"The hotel was clean and the staff were kind, but I was turned off by how everything cost additional fees: the tiny Onsen, the massage chairs, the tennis court, breakfast, late checkout, etc."

"Just need put #bus stop at the airport will be very helpful I have to take a taxi because my ignorance other than them experience was amazing, I like the clean pijamas , lotion shampoos at entrance and the best breakfast I enjoyed my stay "

"Breakfast Buffet and Dinner Buffet were great. Lots of varieties. Staff was able to accommodate late check out. Also, airport shuttle was a nice addition. The only thing I had issue was the bed was slightly stiff. To firm for my taste, aside from that, I would stay here again. "
