"You can’t beat the location, just next door to the train station and a 10-minute walk to the historic merchant town. Room was more spacious than most. Dinner was excellent. Lots of choices for breakfast. Small but lovely onsen. Helpful and welcoming staff. Highly recommend."
"This traditional merchant house converted hotel is lovely. We own the entire building with two floors. One tiny living room on the ground floor, a bath house, a separate toilet near the entrance, along with a spacious bathroom with the second living room on the second floor. It’s airy and full of scent of wood. However, the bedroom is facing the road without sound proof windows, it was very noisy throughout the night. "
"we stayed last night, my parents were so happy to stay there. stuff are so nice, big bath are so beautiful food was excellent!
Thank you so much!!!! Definitely we will come back!"
"The rooms are not the latest equipment, but they are well maintained and in good condition. The free parking lot is large and very good. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"This was a great stay, a lone woman travelling for the first time in Japan, this is A+++. I recommend highly and will return. Airport shuttle, shop in the lobby, close to shops and surrounding temple. Loved it!!! Thank you Japan 🇯🇵 "
"I would rate this in as very high with the only exception that there’s no place to get food and no food on the premises other than the grocery store. The grocery store is awesome, but a restaurant would certainly be much better or even one within walking distance would be much better. The options for a restaurant are either a taxi or take the hotel bus back to the airport and use a restaurant there which is a great option."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the dining area had beautiful views of landscaped foliage and trees."
"Hotel needs accessible rooms for disabled guests. Shuttle bus stand at terminal 1 is chaotic. Ended up taking a taxi. Room spacious and clean. Air conditioning difficult to control. "
"The beds are hard but other than that everything is good. There's even a shuttle airport that is super easy to take. There's free toiletries in the bathrooms like toothpaste, razors and etc."
