The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful! The hotel itself was clean and had a cool forest theme inside. "Comfortable room but we found we were disturbed by noise from the road outside and people above us. Housekeeping missed our room after the first night so we were stuck with a wet floor mat which wasn’t ideal. Probably wouldn’t have bothered booking here if we realised the spa cost 250kr / 500kr (weekend) above the room cost. We didn’t bother with it in the end. Breakfast was pretty good, but got a bit too busy on Sunday. Have had better experiences at other Radisson properties elsewhere."
