"Room was clean, staff pleasant. What they could do to improve would be to be blunt and honest with parking. Make it abundantly clear the options. 1. Least expensive - meter street. 2. Mid-cost option - near by parking garages. 3. On facility Valet - $48 and up. That is very expensive for someone staying overnight. Make the parking situation clear in marketing to manage expectations."

"First off, front desk, valet, and general staff were all friendly. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable ( semi soft/ pillow top) with plenty of pillows. There wasn't a fridge in the room and the pool was still closed. There is plenty of street parking if you don't use Valet. "
