The Barracks on Tybee

Rent the whole building for your exclusive getaway. This 9,000 square foot seven-unit complex features high ceilings, hardwood floors, modern décor and an open-concept kitchen and living space. Each unit is uniquely designed to bring elegance to the forefront of this historic setting. Six of the seven units consist of two bedrooms and one or two full bathrooms, sleeping between four to five per unit. The seventh unit is a five bedroom state of the art penthouse suite that sleeps eleven comfortably with two separate living rooms, dining area and front balcony. Living rooms features smart tv with cable and wifi so you can keep up-to-date with all your online streaming shows. Each unit has a newly renovated kitchen with Carrera Marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and dining space. Laundry in located in unit and in the common area.

Pool Seasonality: The Barracks Pool is open year-round. It is heated on the following date range:
October 1 – December 15
March 1 – May 30
The pool is not and will not be heated from December 15 through March 1 as the air temps are too cool to maintain an adequate swimming temp.

The grounds overlook Jaycee Park in the National Historic Fort Screven District which includes Soccer fields, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a playground and more. Tybee's bike path is great for touring the island and runs along the east side of the park. Tybee's North Beach is a five minute walk away, the perfect place to enjoy the sand and surf or a bite to eat at the North Beach Grill.

Free off-street parking for 20 vehicles makes staying on Tybee even easier for you and your guests.

Cleaning Precautions: After each guest checks out, we have professional housekeepers clean each vacation home from top to bottom with disinfectant, wiping down all surfaces and floors. All towels and linens are professionally laundered and individually vacuumed packed until needed. When the housekeepers are complete a member of our team inspects the home, using gloves and/or disinfectant wipes, to ensure nothing was missed and restock any cleaning supplies. We strive to provide the most comfortable environment for your stay.
