We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 11 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
Turn off all lights and tv when leaving the house. No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere inside the house (The patio is the only designated smoking area)

Incorrect description of beds, does not accommodate 10 adults

Honestly we were very disappointed with the accommodations and this is the first time I've ever left a negative review. One of the beds that is described as a double is a twin and does not accommodate 2 adults. Also the sheets did not seem to have been washed or the beds remade. There were hairs found in the sheets of several beds and the top sheet was scrunched down as if the bed was slept in. Furthermore the title of the listing states the property sleeps 10 and we have 10 people on the reservation. However there are not 10 towels, or 10 cups, or 10 plates to accommodation that size party. Neighborhood is rough with abandoned buildings nextdoor and we witnessed a fight in the street. Finally the half bath on the first floor has a door that doesn't latch and smells like kitty litter.
