"Room was super clean especially bathroom. Staff were friendly. Valet and parking was expensive but easy to text ahead for your car. Bar was not open when we arrived at 5. Also nice texting system asking if you need anything. I texted the housekeeper back telling them when they could make up the room but when we returned at night the room was not made up. Other than that it was great and price was the best in the city."

"The hotel was beautiful and we were looking forward to our stay, unfortunately we found a cockroach in our bathtub. The manager was great and changed our room. Unfortunately our stay was not what we hoped for."
