Got my money back and found a different place to stay. Was just looking by for a place to sleep and shower, didn’t need any frills… They gave me a room that was already occupied and I interrupted a couple that was “busy”. Went back to get a new room, which was located further away from the office…new room located directly next to area with LOUD music playing (10:30 at night) ask if there was another room was told no. Went into room, AC was broken carpet floor was wet, surfaces were covered in hair, pillows were stayed. Went back to get refund, passed by folks in lobby that had the appearance excessive drug use and folded over. Went to get my money back the staff were in street clothes and smoking in lobby. a place 15 mins away that was much cleaner, quieter, and comfortable.

People milling about in the parking lot blasting loud music. Ojr room smelled of dog with dust amd animal hair all around the bed frames. I spoke to the desk vlerk who changed our toom. The 2nd room stunk of bleach with a tacky substance all o er the floor. I turned in the key and we checked into a courtyard by marriott.

Before I booked online, I went into the facility and the staff said she was sold out, then I booked the room online and there was availability. We got the room and opened it, it smelled terrible inside and there was still items from the last person who stayed there. The top of the refrigerator was dirty the floor was sooo dirty like the wipe I used to clean off was black. No tissue in the toilet. They could do better.
