"Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were on the small side. No where did the upgrade from a standard rooms to the premimum say, it's the same room, just on the top 3 floors, so that didn't sit well because of the extra fee. Our first room had a musty smell, probably from the air conditioner so they were kind to switch our room; problem solved. Good customer service. Enjoied the drink token for the bar, much appreicated. I would return, just get a standard room."

"The hotel and staff is amazing! Great location too! Only complaint was the 5:00-6:30 snacks and beverages were advertised as offering 3 different wines. However, no alcoholic beverages were served (although you could purchase in their club in the adjoining room). We were told the hotel was under new management and had to iron out a few wrinkles."

"Lovely time. Slept great! Food was delicious. Loved the chai bowl. Mateo was a fun bartender. The only thing I could say is that the elevators could be cleaned better and daily wiping of elevator buttons on the each floor would be nice too. Overall its an 8.5 out of 10!!"
