"The Westin was a beautiful hotel. They did not get our booking from hotels.com so it caused a bit of chaos and we had to wait several hours for them to figure it out. The staff was on top of it and very kind, so i have no complaints with them! I’m not sure what happened on the hotels.com side, but that could have eased the situation had everything shown up as it should, considering we paid in full when we booked. "

"The hotel was not bad at all for the price. Room was bigger than I expected, air worked good, shower had great water pressure, had great view of ball park which is literally a walk away. Slept great once the game was over. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch although the food needs a little help. Does have a nice omelet bar. Several of the players were eating breakfast at the same time we were, the kids loved that. Hotel has covered parking which is so great, but there is a $22 charge, thought was a little much even if you did not park inside the garage. Only complaint I would have is that I did not like there being a person setting on the patio down stairs smoke weed in something when we walked back up from the game. Hated my kido seeing and smelling it. Over all Hyatt is great place for the price. "

"My husband I stay here every time we come to Dallas. This last time we stayed it was for my birthday. I left my AirPods on the nightstand by the bed which I would not have done when they clean the room well we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out and went out. We came back to a clean room but no AirPods. We told the front desk and ask for the manager and he said I have them looking for them I asked can you check the cameras and was told he did not know how to work them that he was sry and they didn’t have them. So needless to say the house keeping stole them because they pinged in the building. I also sent the owner a email no response! Also the Texas Roadhouse right beside it the people in there used the parking and there was nowhere to park very frustrating! "
