"The property is an amazing boutique hotel on lush grounds. The beach is one of the best on the stretch of beach and one of the best I have been too. You have your own private. The only downside was the mosquito's while they did not take away from the vacation they were a little nuisance. So bring bug spray. They say there are less in the fall and winter months. The room was awesome but with all hotels some minor refreshes would be nice. The onsite food was amazing. Staff was amazing and would definitely recommend the Sunset at the Palms and I plan on returning. "

"I enjoyed greatly the warm hospitality of the staff. Especially Latoya Jackson who treated my daughter and I kindly from the first day on arrival to the very last day. At breakfast and lunch she would seat us and check in frequently to ensure we were ok. Another exceptional staff was Kenisha who served us at the lobby bar, a thoughtful, pleasant person who was attentive to us on the many occasions we would stop by there on our way to dinner. There are many other pleasant encounters with the staff for whom we knew not their names. Overall it was a pleasant stay, few small hiccups with choice of room but this was resolved. "

"This is my 9th visit to this resort. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Jamaica. The room was updated and clean. The staff are always kind and willing to help. Yoga by the beach is great, dancing at the Infinity Bar is awesome and the food is delicious. "

"Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The water sports options are fantastic. I highly recommend their scuba instructor "Sugar" if you are looking to get your certification. All of the chairs on the beach and around the pool have a float cushion and there were plenty of open chairs available. The beach was so beautiful. No seaweed on the beach. Food and drinks were great. The coffee bar was perfect and had delicious espresso drinks. Buildings were close together so no long walks to get to dinner like some resorts."
