"No Water "

"The was something on the carpet near the bed nearest the wall!"

"This is about as bare bones as it gets. There is nothing wrong with that, but I was hoping for at least a pantry or snack machine to be in the lobby. No place to grab a quick soda or bag of chips. This was a great place to sleep and that's about it. They only leave one roll of TP in the room so if you run out, you are !@#$ our of luck if you didn't catch it before squatting. One issue I actually did have was the drapes/shades dont block out enough of the light in the exterior. The lights are on all night out there, which is fine for safety, but it fills the dang room at night. Maybe some magnet or velcro on the sides would be helpful. Oh and there is a water leak in the roof above the room. It rained pretty hard one night and you can hear it drip. The ceiling had a few stains from this here and there. But it didn't rain in the room."

"The room was marked as 2 beds and had 1 with a sofa. The staff was able to change the room quickly. The building (esp the elevator) is old, but the room was spacious and updated. They offer an airport shuttle every 20 minutes, which is really convenient! Breakfast was on par with other hotels, and complimentary. It was perfectly adequate for a night before our flight."

"The room was comfortable and clean. However, the pool was temporarily closed. It should have been noted on the main booking page. I chose this hotel for the pool and free breakfast. My second complaint was that on the initial booking, it stated “breakfast included”, but when we arrived, we were told that it’s not part of the hotel price, and that we had to go next door to a different establishment and order from that menu. I know when I booked, it had said “breakfast included. This was not updated until this morning. I planned to eat breakfast there and had to go elsewhere last minute. That was not ok. This trip cost an extra $60 because the pool wasn’t open and we had to make extra accommodations and breakfast was not included, as had been advertised. I’ve stayed at other IHG’s and the breakfast was included. The receptionist was pleasant, however, I felt she took these changes lightly. We were on a sports schedule and couldn’t have a proper meal and she just laughed and pointed next door. It was a similar reaction to the pool being closed. It needs to be changed on the website or a email goes out. I would’ve chosen a different hotel, had I known the pool was drained and there wasn’t a breakfast included in the price. These changes affect families, their schedules , and overall cost. "

"Breakfast menu had pork sausage which is not what ai eat. They should offer a beef or chicken sausage for guest who do not eat pork. Besides that, breakfast was good. My room overlooked the beach, it was a great view. Place was clean. One staff member at check in was helpful, but one was not. "

"I was impressed by the service. Everything was very convenient: shuttle, location, check-in, breakfast. My layover was 19hrs, so I've chosen this hotel because of all of the above that are included in the price. Also, my kids enjoyed the pool. At our departure, my older kid of 12 y.o. said that he would like to stay there longer. "
