The property had everything we needed though we did not use most of it. Breakfast was nice to have. Plenty of parking. The only thing outdated in the room was the bathroom area. The shower was clean though it could really use an update. We would definitely stay again. "

"We had planned to stay at the Extended Stay in Saugus during my daughter’s volleyball tournament and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we first arrived, the lobby appeared somewhat worn, but we assumed that would not reflect the condition of the rooms. However, our initial room assignment had already been occupied by another guest. After returning to the front desk, we were given a second room. When we entered the second room, we found cockroaches throughout the space, bugs on the bathroom towels, and a strong odor suggesting a dog had recently been in the room. Needless to say, this was extremely concerning. The following morning at breakfast, there was no hot water available for coffee and several of the amenities advertised on the website were either unavailable or not as described. We raised these concerns with the front desk, but unfortunately the response was unhelpful. We were simply told to contact the third-party vendor where the reservation was made. Our concern was not with the booking site, but with the condition of the accommodations. Although we had planned to stay several days, we decided to check out by 9:00 a.m. the next morning and find alternative lodging. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this property."
