We requested two glasses of ice from the ice maker and were told very emphatically "No!". I requested coffee or tea for the electric water pot in our room, and was very begrudgingly provided tea. It became uncomfortable to interact with the staff."

"Spacious, well appointed room. The thermal pool was fantastic. So relaxing. The golf course was good but hot when I visited and limited shade. Fantastic breakfast. I enjoyed the surrounds especially visiting the waterfall, the town of Saturnia and Valditerme winery."
