"Room is not what it looks like in the photos. Floors are laminate throughout. Uneven, peeling off and sticky. Washroom doesn’t have bar soap. They have soap but in liquid form. Imagine how long they have refilling it. Mixing old liquid soap to the new ones. Shower rods are rusty. When you move the shower curtains, rust dust falls off after you get off the shower. Stains from dried up liquid soap, rusted drain plugs on the tub, mold on the edges. Toilets seat is falling apart. Saw a stain on one of the pillows Saw 3 ants crawling on the floor. Had a bubble tea from the night before. Did not finished. Set on the side table to save for later. Fell asleep and woke up because I got thirsty. Good thing I opened the light to take a sip, as I looked, a trail of ants have crawled towards my bubble tea. Some had fallen and drowned. Parking is good. "

"Booked a pet-friendly room so my friend and I could go out for the night while I was in town. I paid the extra $30 pet deposit, but not even five minutes after leaving, I got a call from the front desk saying my dog was causing a “huge disturbance.” When I asked what he was doing, they said he was sniffing at the door and barking whenever people walked by. They had placed us in Room 104, right beside the laundry room where staff were constantly going back and forth, so of course there was noise and movement. They told me I needed to come back immediately and get my dog. What’s the point of offering pet friendly rooms if you’re not actually allowed to leave your pet there? I ended up checking out early and wasn’t given any refund for the room. It was also unnecessarily difficult just to get my pet deposit back. The front desk staff member was rude, unhelpful, and very condescending throughout the entire situation. While waiting outside, I spoke with another couple who were also upset with her attitude. They said they didn’t get the room they had booked, and the woman, who was using a cane was placed in the furthest room possible. Overall, terrible service and a very frustrating experience. Do better."

"Having a few complementary bottles of water is a very thoughtful gesture. When you get to your room after a day of travelling and find yourself with the ability to just grab a fresh bottle of water, one of those features that you realize should just be common place every hotel. It’s a very small gesture yet it goes a long way and I appreciate it. Other hotels that do provide a few bottles of water then slap on a ridiculous seven dollar charge for a bottle that cost maybe a dime or two. Having clean rooms and helpful staff obviously do the most to make a stay enjoyable, but it’s the little add-ons that leave a lasting impression. Keep it up!"
