The bathroom door knob almost fell off in my kids hand and the shower faucet broke when my daughter had a shower. The pool was good except that they only put out 6 towels for around 20 people being in the pool. Nreakfast was ckeaned up and put away 30 to 45 minutes before the time was up.

Hospitality and Accommodations From the moment we arrived, the staff exhibited true professionalism, greeting us with a polite and helpful demeanor that set a welcoming tone for our visit. The property itself is meticulously maintained, boasting a spotless environment that immediately puts one at ease. Our double queen suite was impressively spacious and well-appointed. The beds provided an exceptional level of comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, which is often the most critical element of any hotel stay. The Guest Experience While the room itself felt expansive, it is worth noting that the bathroom layout was somewhat compact. However, any spatial constraints were largely offset by the excellent shower pressure, which was a highlight of the en-suite facilities. Dining Observations Regarding the morning meal, the continental breakfast fell slightly short of expectations. While functional, it failed to leave a lasting impression on our younger travelers, who found the selection a bit underwhelming.
