"Staff is always friendly, check in is simple and quick, check out is seamless and easy! They have very delicious free breakfast! We’ve stayed here probably close to 10 times now and continue to return! The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and has everything we need! The hotel is in the perfect area and quite easy to find! We’ve tried multiple different hotels in Grande Prairie, this is by far our favourite & I would recommend it to anyone. I will continue to be a guest at the Podollan in the future! "

"Staff Slamming doors on the main floor very early in the mornings both times I've stayed here. Jacuzzi tub was draining and not holding water. Not worth the upgrade. Restaurant is great. Come for the food but stay somewhere else!"

The Guest Experience While the room itself felt expansive, it is worth noting that the bathroom layout was somewhat compact. However, any spatial constraints were largely offset by the excellent shower pressure, which was a highlight of the en-suite facilities. Dining Observations Regarding the morning meal, the continental breakfast fell slightly short of expectations. While functional, it failed to leave a lasting impression on our younger travelers, who found the selection a bit underwhelming."
