"Staying at the Hyatt Downtown was a great experience for my daughter and I while in town for the Lady Gaga concert. Great location, nice hotel, and I can't say enough about the staff-they were all amazing, from Florian the Manager of the kitchen, to the breakfast, custodial and front desk staff, who all went above and beyond! Did not have a normal restful night and sleep because I was moving about and developing a back ache. HOpefully you will check the mattress and resolve the issue. Huge thanks. Timothy :-)"

"the biggest problem with the property is that there is free parking bugt not enough foir every room.So they tell u to park across the street but Wedsday u cannot there but no one told that resulting in a 100.00 ticket and of coursr PISS OFF"

"For people with technical challenging, it needs to be simpler and we need to have someone to communicate with. Thanks to your neighbours, the barber who did a great job connecting me with the owner, and the friendly auto repair shop for the parking lot. The stairs need a good cleaning and some repairs (there is a risk of falling). Otherwise, the stay was peaceful and short, pleasant. "
