This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."
