The room is clean and the location is walkable to many places, just steps away from Sapporo station and Odori station. The staff are all very kind and helpful. My luggage was unfortunately damaged by my airline when I got to Sapporo. I had to buy a replacement and the staff offered to help me to dispose the old luggage (at a cost, of course), which would be a huge hassle for me otherwise.

A good hotel for the short stop I had on my way to Niseko. Walkable (with a little bit of effort) from Sapporo Station with a ski gear. And close to dining and entertainment of Susukino. Basic amenities but clean and comfortable.
