The Tree Motel

"The property was clean and had toaster, microwave and fridge. The electric jug had to filled with a separate small jug, left for this purpose, as it wouldn’t fit under the tap in the bathroom. Not the first time we had found that. The bed was comfortable. The air con worked with only a few noises. My iPad is only WiFi and we hadn’t been able to check for messages before arriving so didn’t know our room number, rang the contact number on the office door and were given the info we needed by a very helpful lady. It took a few trys to open the door as we had been pulling the handle down rather than lifting up after entering the code. We would be happy to book The Tree Motel again."

"Our deluxe king suite was clean and spacious. Bed comfortable, crisp bedlinen lovely. Amenities good. Location great. The only negative thing was there were no bedside lamps...just bright ceiling downlights. Would be nice to have some soft lighting option in the lamps. Apart from that, it was a comfortable stay. Can recommend."

"The bed was so comfortable, we slept so well. The bathroom and shower was perfect and robes to really relax in. The meal in the restaurant has local fish as the special which was delicious. Loved it all. There was the most beautiful sea mist in the water as we came down for breakfast. Would definitely stay again."

"There was scaffolding around part of the property which was not communicated beforehand. Luckily, it did not hinder the great view of the sea and Montague Island from the room. This will not stop us staying again."

"A short but sweet getaway, stayed on my way from Sydney to Melbourne. Woke up to the most stunning view over Merimbula in what was a very nicely styled, comfortable room. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!"
