You will be 2km from Shopping Ibirapuera, 3km from Congonhas Airport, 400m from Eucaliptos metro station (lilac line), 200m from pharmacies, supermarkets and bars, and 1km from Santa Paula Hospital. You will have paid parking outside the building, an internal laundry, soundproof windows, a Smart TV with Netflix, and split air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The space: A 25m2 studio with European and minimalist decor to provide a pleasant stay. Here you will find: a Super King bed, a kitchen with a cooktop, a panoramic view, soundproof windows, a bathroom with a very pleasant shower, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need.
