I was expecting more of this hotel !
I was expecting more of this hotel ! The staff was always friendly and polite, but infrastructure left to be desired: took 4 trips back to the "front desk" to get a working wifi connection; either they did not have the right network for the apartment or the password was not right, etc. Prior to the arrival you fill out an online detailed questionnaire (including vehicle plates, etc.) only to be asked again at check in !! Hum...
Toilet paper finished mid week; stopped at the front desk to ask for more... nope: you have to call the administration of the apartment for them to eventually provide it...
Right in front of the building there's an university, so you can expect at any given time of day or night to see a crowd of students chatting, drinking, smoking & having fun on the sidewalk.. by smoking I mean legal and illegal products.
OK !! now that I vented my dislikes with apartment, let's talk about the good part:
Located in a good neighborhood you have plenty of restaurants & bars to go in walking distance (I recommend Pizza Bras just 2 blocks away)
You have free parking for your vehicle
Hotel amenities are nice: gym, lap pool, nice yard for sun bathing, etc.
Again, staff is courteous and polite !!
Apartment bed was nice - shower and toilet areas are SMALL... if your XXL think again before booking.
Overall I would try other units (they have several) before coming back to this one; or even pay slightly more for a regular hotel

Decepção
Primeiramente, falta de comunicação entre o flat e a empresa administradora. Preenchi um formulário online a pedido da empresa Vitacon. Ao chegar no local, a atendente não sabia nada a respeito da minha entrada.
Não tivemos chance de antecipar nosso check-in e só pudemos chegar no flat a noite, 22h. O atendente do flat não sabia dar informações sobre Wi-Fi. Entrei em contato com o telefone informado e só consegui retorno bem mais tarde e a rede informada não estava disponível. Precisava trabalhar a noite e não pude devido à falta de Wi-Fi .
O apartamento, apesar de ser no 14o andar, extremamente barulhento.
A área não era de todo ruim mas nenhum café próximo e a atendente da manhã não sabia dar nenhuma referência de café. Um outro hóspede ao nos ouvir indicou o supermercado.
Reclamei sobre o Wi-Fi e obtive resposta no dia seguinte, mas a fim de evitar mais um dia sem Wi-Fi fiz o checkout um dia antes. Ou seja, foi desastrosa a experiência.
