Decent hotel in a good location

Decent hotel in a very nice neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities. Sockets in room could be more conveniently located. Good value for money. Some of the room furniture was a little dated. WiFi slightly weak on the topmost floors I think.

O hotel é muito bom. O café da manhã é padrão, poderia ter mais opções, pelo tamanho do hotel, esperava-se um café da manhã mais completo. O hotel é de moradias também, mas bem silencioso. A região é bem tranquila, até demais, deu até um pouco de medo andar pelo bairro, já que o mesmo, é considerado nobre. Conseguimos assistir a corrida de São Silvestre que a rota era bem próxima do hotel. Não exploramos muito o bairro por não conhecermos bem a região e pelo porte do mesmo.

Equipe muito bem preparada e prestativa, desde o checkin. Hotel está passando por reformas, por este motivo o restaurante está funcionando apenas para o café da manhã, que é bem básico. Caso prefira, há diversos cafés e restaurantes na quadra do hotel. É uma das poucas opções na região, talvez por isso o preço elevado, mas atendeu a minha necessidade. Possui estacionamento com manobrista sem cobranças adicionais. Quarto limpo e cama confortável.

A recepcionista Gisele foi atenciosa e simpática ao nos receber, atendendo à nossa solicitação, prontamente. O apartamento é espaçoso, com sala e mini cozinha. Sugiro que o cafe da manhã tenha mais variedades, deixou a desejar. Já me hospedei outras vezes. Recomendo.

Excelente custo benefício, limpeza e atendimento impecáveis. Café da manhã razoável, por algum motivo o ar condicionado estava desligado em dois dias da estadia. Alguem revirou nosso carro por dentro e provavelmente dormiram no carro, nada foi levado, felizmente.
