O studio conta com 2 camas de solteiro, um sofá cama de casal, microondas, cooktop, panelas, geladeira, mesa, roupa de cama/banho, shampoo e sabonete liquido. O prédio conta com lazer completo: Piscina, jacuzzi, solarium, quadra esportiva, espaço coworking com wifi, academia, brinquedoteca e sala de jogos. Obs: não conseguimos garantir o uso das áreas de lazer do prédio pois há manutenções imprevisíveis.

The apartment is well located near metro station, bus routes and restaurants. The host was nice and fast to reply any questions or requests. The apartment is simple, has the basic features you will need for a quick stay, it was not very clean though. The building is outdated with some of the amenities not working, for example the gym just had 3 equipment and one was lacking maintenance (noisy) and the main one (thread mill) was not working. Overall it is an ok place to stay for the location and convenient transportation options nearby.
