Great value and location

Clean comfortable hotel close to Airport bus service stop at Republic Square. Very hearty free breakfast. A great value for the location.

Ótima hospedagem no geral. Equipe muito atenciosa e muito boa localização do hotel, que fica praticamente ao lado de uma das entradas da estação República, o que ajudou bastante. Porém deixo alguns pontos de observação: Acústica do quarto: Não é boa, vem muito barulho da área dos elevadores, se você quiser dormir até um pouco mais tarde, talvez tenha dificuldade, e do apartamento de cima, que em uma das noites ficou arrastando móveis até perto da meia noite e incomodou bastante. Recepção 24h: Ao retornar para o hotel de madrugada em um dos dias, fiquei surpreso que a recepção estava fechada e totalmente no escuro. Por ser uma região perigosa principalmente a noite, penso que no check-in poderia ser avisado que a recepção fecha e fica no escuro após certo horário, e que precisa tocar a campainha para que abram a porta se for retornar tarde. Cartão de informações no quarto: Senti falta de um cartão com informações simples, como o ramal da recepção, ou um lembrete de como acessar o Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi: No andar em que fiquei o Wi-Fi estava muito lento. Tive de usar os dados móveis do celular durante quase toda a hospedagem. Ar-condicionado: Algumas vezes vazou água para dentro do quarto, tive que colocar uma toalha embaixo para não molhar o chão e não danificar a madeira dos móveis. Café da manhã: Muito bom, apenas poderia ter uma reposição dos itens mais rápida.

Sempre que vou a São Paulo fico nesse hotel por praticidade , já estou acostumado e é fácil para mim. Porem nesse Chekin os atendentes nem boa noite me de deram , vidrados na tela do computador assim ficaram, parecendo funcionários públicos. A equipe de limpeza por sinal dá um show nos corredores em Gentileza e simpatia !

Os itens do café da manhã poderiam ser um pouco mais diversificados desta vez. As opções de tortas salgadas e eram pouco atrativas e ocupavam significativo espaço no buffet. Em função da lotação da unidade houve certa demora de reposição de alguns itens no café da manhã de domingo. O fato é absolutamente compreensível, porém cabe registro. De resto, o staff e as acomodações estiveram impecáveis (como de costume) ao longo da estadia. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. o check-in foi rápido e eficiente. Agradecemos à equipe.

Sempre que tenho posso fico neste hotel , não tenho do que reclamar , o quarto Pra mim é ótimo , confortável ! Fui da última vez com minha filha e o quarto foi maravilhoso ! Café da manhã ótimo também , tem Cuscuz e babará doce , sou nordestina e pra mim este é o café da manhã perfeito .os funcionários são excelentes.

Hotel excelente. Recomendação e que melhorem o sistema de reposição dos alimentos e bebidas no café da manhã. Observei que esta é uma falha, mas no geral e muito bom. Está localizado no distrito lgbtqia+ de São Paulo, próximo do metrô, comércio e muito mais.
