Good reception staff, noisy room

The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)

While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

Podia ser melhor

Passamos a estadia em um quarto com dois quartos com cama de casal. O que era de se esperar 4 pessoas, certo? Pois então, as 4 pessoas não conseguiam usar o wi-fi ao mesmo tempo(duas sempre ficavam sem rede), a questão de utensílios (pratos, facas, talheres em geral) eram pra 2 pessoas somente, mesma coisa a questão de toalhas, o que gerou um incômodo de ter que ligar sempre pra pedir ou toalhas a mais ou utensílios e também não havia bucha nem sabão para lavar os itens da cozinha se fosse necessário. A piscina e a sauna não estavam disponíveis. As camas dos quartos eram muito confortáveis. O café da manhã era muito gostoso, e tinha bastante variedade. Achei a diária do estacionamento muito cara também.

Banheiro exíguo, precisa malabarismo para se movimentar dentro dele.Torneira sem água quente. Pia do banheiro sem vazão. Cozinha sem fogão, microondas ou ao menos uma chaleira elétrica para um chá sequer. Sauna apregoada que não está ativa. Academia sem um colchonete, que é básico! ( para ser justa, bastante aparelhos disponíveis) Café da manhã não disponibiliza manteiga, só margarina! E, pior, não respondem ao WhatsApp.

Quarto realmente pequeno para três pessoas. Ficamos no quarto andar, do lado da Avenida Angélica. Muito barulho na madrugada. Dificuldade para dormir. Pouca segurança de acesso de pessoas ao prédio. Ainda mais plea região onde fica o hotel. Complicado.
