Os funcionários parecem não estar em sincronia das informações internas do hotel. Avisamos com antecendência que fariamos check in no começo do dia seguinte, pagando uma diária a mais. e que sairíamos mais tarde no check out, também pagando outra diária a mais. A recepcionista mal ouviu a gente no dia e disse que a reserva estava cancelada por no show. Se não fosse o outro funcionário que tava apar da situação, ficaríamos na rua. Péssimo atendimento! O quarto não tinha água, fomos realocados em outro que o interfone não funcionava direito. Enfim não repetiria a experiência.

A localização é ótima, o café da manhã é bom e os pontos positivos param por aí!
Viajamos a lazer em duas pessoas e realizamos o pagamento com antecedência de 15 dias, no check-in o recepcionista não conseguiu localizar a reserva, depois se confundiu quanto ao número de diárias pagas e por fim cobrou um "preço a mais" que no mesmo dia mais tarde foi estornado após conversarmos com outro recepcionista, onde o mesmo identificou o erro e estornou parte do valor cobrado indevidamente. O quarto disponibilizado estava com a cama quebrada, ligamos na recepção e nos mudaram para outro quarto, nesse novo quarto o frigobar não funcionava, por fim, nos mudaram novamente de quarto e dessa vez o ventilador não funcionava e o chuveiro não esquentava a água. Foi de mal a pior, primeira e última vez nesse lugar.

World's worst hotel?
Is this the worst hotel in the world? Perhaps.
The rooms stink, at least mine. The walls are stained. The furniture is falling apart. The very young staff is poorly trained.
I arrived a couple of hours earlier than my check in time and they charged me $4 to store my carry on in a room.
I paid for two nights and decided to leave after one night to end the suffering.

Enganação!
O hotel nao corresponde às fotos inservidas no site. Ao fazer check in fui informada que o banheiro era compartilhado, informação esta que só apareceu no email de confirmação da reserva (não aparecia no momento da reserva).
Tive que pagar em dinheiro a diferença para ter banheiro privativo.
O quarto tinha um cheiro horrível, os travesseiros eram encardido, a toalha estava suja e o vaso sanitário estava com vazamento.
Tomei banho, arrumei minhas coisas e pedi pelo menos o dinheiro pago na diferença, que se recusaram a devolver. Não tinha estacionamento informação também omitida no site.

Um ponto importante para nós é a flexibilidade no checkout, pois sempre vamos para a academia de manha e voltamos para um banho. Eles não flexibilizaram a saída e isso pra nós é bem ruim. Outros hotéis já flexibilizaram até 14h.
Não tem estacionamento, mas tem um 24h ao lado por um preço justo (18 Reais por 12h), mas eles poderiam fazer um convenio com o estacionamento para que o hóspede pudesse retirar o carro e retornar sem pagamento adicional, mas não tem.
A suíte que ficamos tem apenas uma tomada disponível no banheiro e nenhuma no quarto.
A cama era de madeira fez algum barulho...

Para você que está pesquisando algum hotel em SP, faça uma leitura com atenção nas avaliações abaixo pois eu não fiz e me arrependi muito. Chegando ao quarto vi que não era nada do que eu havia comprado (e paguei 130,00- poderia ter ficado num hotel muito melhor por este preço).. Me colocaram num quarto sem banheiro e pra piorar: sem janela (quarto quente, com cheiro horrível), e as paredes de drywalll (madeira). O banheiro não tinha água na pia e o chuveiro era péssimo...
a unica coisa boa foi o cafe. Fujam deste hotel.

Muy buen hotel
Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, además de que el desayuno estuvo muy bueno. No tengo quejas al respecto.
