Great breakfast, clean and modern, 5 minutes walking distance from Morumbi Shopping and around. Feels pretty safe. Room is a bit small, but I can live with that

The hotel is extremely clean and the location is very convenient if you need to go to the consulate.
Unprofessional checkout experience. It took too long to check out, and they did not provide an accurate breakdown of the costs. Printing the receipt also took too long, and the receipt itself was inaccurate. The staff member was very rude to me during the customer service interaction.
