It was a convenient location to access life downtown during the daylight hours but after dark there were warnings from hotel staff and nearby police to be careful walking around.

Só não dei cinco estrelas por conta do barulho da rua. Deveria fazer um melhor isolamento acústico das janelas. Fora isso, gostei de tudo. Equipe café da manhã, quarto, áreas comuns, etc. Certamente voltarei.

A equipe foi bem atenciosa e solícita. O quarto poderia melhorar em relação ao chuveiro, não dá pra deixar a água na temperatura morna, ou é muito quente, ou muito gelada.. E ter um cheirinho/aromatizante no quarto e no banheiro pq ficavam com cheiro estranho às vezes e abafado.

O que poderia melhorar é o café da manhã. Para quem fica a partir de 3 dias, acaba sendo sempre a mesma coisa e deixa a desejar. Um ponto que achei estranho foi a banana já descascada, nunca tinha visto isso. Outro item que precisa de atenção é o elevador, que é muito antigo e travava com frequência.

Gostei da estadia no Hotel Normandie. É um hotel antigo, mas bem localizado e dá pra perceber que passou por reforma recente. Apesar da idade, tudo estava com pintura nova e bem cuidado. Atendimento muito bom! Destaque especial para o Kayque, sempre atencioso e gentil. No geral, toda a equipe é prestativa, e o pessoal da recepção está sempre disposto a ajudar. O café da manhã é simples, mas cumpre bem o papel, e o capuccino da máquina é um diferencial — muito bom mesmo!

O quarto estava muito bem arrumado e limpo. Gostei do fato das camareiras só entrarem com autorização do hóspede. Hotel silencioso, arrumado, limpo. Mas sem sombra de dúvidas, a equipe que mais se destacou, todos muito educados e gentis, em especial a recepção. No check-in tivemos a sorte de ser atendido por um rapaz de cabelos grisalhos, extremamente gentil e muito gente boa. Foi um prazer ser atendido por ele.
