The hotel is a great place to experience the Times Square like atmosphere of Avenida Paulista. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff is amazing, especially Rebecca at the front. Very good location on Paulista. The kids play area was a huge hit with our 2yo son. Highly recommend this hotel for families with young kids, and others.

The staff is extremely courteous and frequently goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Will definitely return to this hotel. Facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good.
