The service from Phillipe was so good. Hotel had good facilities and food aswell. Really loved the location. There was a little noise from the aircraft’s but it was still far away from the airport and didn’t impact us (didn’t wake us up etc).

The room 802 was very cold and the hotel had no heat in the rooms per ftont desk staff. I used all blankets in room plus two more giveb by staff. I now have a cold.

No heating option on the A/C

The hotel has a perfect location. Very nice and comfortable room (I took the nonbasic King room). Nice service and very clean. My only complaint is about the A/C. They don't have an option for heating. I had two cold nights that I was freezing in the room. The hotel doesn't have any heater to provide. I don't recommend of this hotel on cold days or if you suffer from cold weather.

The onyl thing I liked about this stay is the location and the breakfast. The room was updated and small. The toilet clogged and instead of moving us to another room they brought in a plunger dragged it all over the room and unclogged the toilet with us there. They didn't even clean up afterward! We didn't even clog the toilet it was stuck when we got there but we were out all day that we didn't get a chance to call it in until we return. Anyway, the breakfast was great.

$300 went missing from the safe box. They say it’s impossible someone opened it, ok lets say they are probably right, so we assume we did not close it correctly and unfortunately someone (cleaning staff or others who had access to the room) took 3 - $100 dollar bills, one from each wad of bills we left inside the safe. When we talked to the hotel manager, she didn’t pay much interest nor did she ask for more details about what happened. The shower’s body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. Other than that, the hotel is OK.
