OK, but not a good location.

The room was fine although basic, with minimal furniture. Breakfast was good. I suspect the street was much more attractive when the hotel was built. now it is shabby and noisy at night. I'm glad my room was not at the front of the building.

O quarto é muito bom, bem espaçoso e confortável. A localização é ótima, bem ao lado da Galeria do Rock, 2 estações de metrô próximas. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, com pouquíssimas e quase nada de opção, mas para quem não tem restrições alimentares, como intolerância à gluten ou lactose, não deve ser um grande problema. Ainda assim, valeu muito a pena o custo-benefício. Recomendo!

O quarto tinha mal cheiro. Lençóis e toalhas velhos. Cafe da manhã era só pão francês, queijo, presunto, bolo e melão. Muito barulho a noite e a porta da varanda não fechava bem pq estava faltando um ferrolho entao ficava vibrando e fazendo barulho. Nao tem ar condicionado, tem um ventilador de parede. A localização é boa, mas a rua está interditada e cheia de usuários de drogas ao longo da rua.

O hotel em si não é ruim, mas a região me pareceu muito perigosa e a rua ao redor está em reforma, então o Uber precisou parar praticamente no meio da avenida e a gente teve que fazer toda a volta com mala na mão pra chegar até o hotel. Mas o hotel é bem limpo, o atendimento foi muito bom de todos os recepcionistas e o café da manhã, apesar de simples, estava bem gostoso.

O atendimento da recepção é excelente, e a Helena do café é uma pessoa empática. Os travesseiros péssimos ,parece uma pedra. Móveis antigos e velhos. Toalhas de banho muito ruins. A equipe da limpeza é muito boa, pois as meninas trabalham com amor. O acesso ao hotel deixou muito a desejar, por conta da obra. Uber não vai até lá. A segurança da entrada principal não é adequada, a porta fica aberta sem segurança humano, só Jesus. O valor da estadia é elevado devido à as condições da mobília.

O quarto estava limpo e cheiroso mas o café da manhã não é bom, o quarto não tem ar, as toalhas não são trocadas durante a estadia, o quarto também não limpam se não depois de vc ir embora, as portas da sacada são mt antigas e não fecham bem
